建立了高效液相色谱法测定硫酸氨基葡萄糖。采用C8色谱柱,以0.05%磷酸(用30%氢氧化钾溶液调至pH 3.0)-乙腈(60︰40)为流动相,检测波长195 nm。氨基葡萄糖在0.01～1.87 mg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好。回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.81%。
A high performance liquid chromatography was developed for the determination of glucosamine sulfate. Using a C8 column with 0.05% phosphoric acid (adjusted to pH 3.0 with 30% potassium hydroxide solution) -acetonitrile (60:40) as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 195 nm. Glucosamine had a good linearity in the range of 0.01-1.87 mg / ml. The recovery was 100.4% with a RSD of 1.81%.
