笔者受国家清史编纂委员会委托,负责《史表:中外约章表》的工作。在编写过程中,遇到外国殖民当局或军事经贸机构与台湾郑氏政权等之间缔结约章是否收录的疑问。从时段上来看,这些约章生效于清代存续的时间范围内,应予收录;但从郑氏政权来说,宗奉明朝统绪,则又外出清朝统治,似不应纳入。我们所编写的,究竟是清代时段的中国史,还是比较严格意义上 The author is commissioned by the State Qing history compilation committee, responsible for “history: Chinese and foreign treaty table” work. In the process of compiling, I encountered the question of whether the conclusion of an agreement between the foreign colonial authorities or the military and trade agencies and the Cheng government in Taiwan was included. From the time of view, these conventions came into effect within the time span of the Qing Dynasty and should be included. However, from the Zheng regime, the rule of the Ming dynasty went out of the Qing Dynasty and should not be included. What we have written is exactly the history of China in the Qing Dynasty, or in a more strict sense
