以1-吡啶甲酰基-4-芳酰基氨基硫脲Ha-j为前体,利用浓硫酸脱水合成了5-(4′-吡啶基)-2-芳酰氨基-1,3,4-噻二唑Ia-j共10个化合物.所有化合物的结构经元素分析和光谱数据确认,并测定了2个代表化合物的生物活性,得到了较为满意的结果.
Pyridine formyl-4-aroyl thiosemicarbazone Ha-j was used as a precursor to synthesize 5- (4’-pyridyl) -2-aroylamino-1,3,4- The structures of all the compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis and spectroscopic data, and the biological activities of two representative compounds were determined. Satisfactory results were obtained.
