根据小鼠胸腺冰冻切片免疫组织化学染色,将已获得的30种大鼠抗小鼠胸腺基质细胞单克隆抗体分为8组:1.髓质胸腺基质细胞(TSC)阳性,皮质TSC阴性;12.髓质部分TSC阳性,皮质TSC阴性;3.皮、髓交界部分TSC阳性;4.皮、髓质部分TSC阳性;5.髓质TSC阳性,皮质部分TSC阳性,6.皮、髓质大部分TSC阳性;7.被膜和血管内皮细胞呈阳性;8.髓质TSC和皮质胸腺细胞为阳性。用这8组单抗对本室建立的5株小鼠胸腺基质细胞系进行免疫荧光染色,发现它们与各细胞系的反应各不相同。对这些单抗的鉴定不仅有利于鉴别TSC亚群,并且为研究T细胞与基质细胞的相互作用提供了新的抗体。
According to the immunohistochemical staining of thymus frozen sections of mice, the 30 kinds of rat anti-mouse thymus stromal cell monoclonal antibodies that have been obtained were divided into 8 groups: 1. Immuno-fluorescent staining of five mouse thymus stromal cell lines established in this study with these 8 monoclonal antibodies revealed that they reacted differently to each cell line. The identification of these mAbs not only facilitates the identification of TSC subpopulations, but also provides new antibodies for studying the interaction of T cells with stromal cells.
