合理营养运筹是提高热带亚热带果树果实品质的重要途径之一,综述了国内外关于大量营养(N、P、K)、中量营养(Ca、Mg、S)和微量营养(B、Mn、Cu、Zn、Fe等)运筹对热带亚热带果树果实大小、色泽、维生素C含量、有机酸含量、可溶性固形物含量等影响的研究进展,并阐述了水分调控和平衡营养运筹对果实品质的影响,为热带亚热带果树科学、平衡营养运筹提供依据。
Reasonable nutrition is one of the most important ways to improve the fruit quality of tropical subtropical fruit trees.
