多年来,农村党组织生活存在着内容枯燥,形式单调,组织生活脱离实际,不吸引人的问题。近几年来,我们根据县委在农村中开展的“万名党员带领群众勤劳致富竞赛”的活动的要求,树立提高党员素质,增强党员的商品经济意识,促进生产力发展的观念,对改进组织生活形式,丰富“三会一课”内容作了一些尝试。
