通过对高校图书馆“以人为本”的管理理念,探讨当今高校图书馆馆员应具备的基本素质,并根据传统教育与素质教育的本质区别,以及国外高校图书馆馆员信息素质教育模式,进一步探讨了我国高校图书馆馆员素质教育现状和改进措施。
Based on the management idea of college library “people-oriented ”, this paper discusses the basic qualities that university librarians should have, and according to the essential difference between traditional education and quality education and the information quality education mode of librarians in foreign universities, The status quo and improving measures of librarians’ quality education in our country are further discussed.
