信任,看不见摸不着,但它又是存在的,是靠日积月累建立起来的。管理者和员工之间也一样。管理者要考虑,公司所做的事情能否让员工一点一点积累信任。
Trust, invisible or invisible, but it exists again, is built up over time. The same goes for managers and employees. Managers need to think about what the company can do to get employees to accumulate a little bit of trust.
