在我国“七五”国民经济计划和治理整顿方针取得显著成效的形势下,迎来了“八五”计划的第一年──1991年。值此新年春节之际,谨向本刊读者、作者和关心本刊的各界朋友致以节日的祝福！ 1991年也是我们这本杂志创刊五周年。五年中,我们得到了读者、作者、生产企业、各级领导和各界朋友的爱护支持,在此表示衷心感谢！ 本刊创办以来,在推动企业基础管理、提高企业装备素质方面尽了自己的一份绵力,也积累了一些经验。正如一个人的成长过程一样,五岁,终究还是稚嫩的,不足之处显而易见;但同时又充满着希望,前景是灿烂的。我们将脚踏实地一步一步地走向成熟。
Under the successful outcome of the “Seventh Five-Year” national economic plan and the rectification and control of our country’s policies, the first year of the Eighth Five-Year Plan was ushered in - in 1991. On the occasion of the Spring Festival this year, I hereby extend my best wishes to our readers, authors and friends who care about this magazine! 1991 is also the fifth anniversary of the publication of this magazine. In the past five years, we have received the love and support from readers, authors, manufacturing enterprises, leaders at all levels and friends from all walks of life. We hereby express our sincere thanks. Since its establishment, we have made a lot of efforts in promoting basic management of enterprises and improving the quality of enterprise equipment, and also accumulated some experience. Just as a person’s growth process is like a five-year-old, after all, immature, obvious shortcomings; but at the same time full of hope, the future is brilliant. We will be down to earth step by step to maturity.
