随着显微外科技术的发展,血管化腓骨肌皮瓣用于修复和重建下颌骨软硬组织缺损愈来愈受到重视。但是腓动脉可能出现变异,腓动脉替代胫后动脉,血管化腓骨肌皮瓣切取后可能造成小腿足端血运障碍,以及穿支血管解剖位置不恒定,术中盲目操作可能导致手术失败。CT血管造影可以提供穿支血管的准确信息,通过设计选择最优化的穿支动脉,保证移植皮瓣得到足够的血供而存活~([1])。本研究对9例拟行血管化腓骨肌皮瓣修复下颌骨软硬组织缺
With the development of microsurgery, the use of vascularized fibular myocutaneous flaps for the repair and reconstruction of soft and hard tissue defects in the mandible has drawn increasing attention. However, the peroneal artery may be mutated, the peroneal artery replaces the posterior tibial artery, and the vascularized fibular myocutaneous flap may cause the disorder of blood supply to the leg and the position of the perforator. The blind operation in the operation may lead to the failure of surgery. CT angiography can provide accurate information on perforating blood vessels. By designing the optimal perforating artery, CT can ensure that the graft flap has sufficient blood supply to survive [1].
