This paper focuses on the interactive relationship between listening and speaking in communication process and analyzes the shortcoming of traditional teaching methods in this aspect.With regard to the students’ lack of competence in their oral communication demonstrated in English learning process,the paper illustrates how to create a language environment combining listening and speaking so as to develop the students’synthesis capability of language.
