目的:研究空心莲子草皂苷含量的动态变化及其相关关系研究,确定空心莲子草的最佳采集时间。方法:用乙醇为溶剂、微波辅助法提取空心莲子草中的皂苷类化合物,以齐墩果酸为对照,采用分光光度法在570 nm处测定1~12个月的皂苷含量。结果:空心莲子草皂苷含量变化与时间极其显著相关。结论:空心莲子草皂苷含量以6月最高,5、7、9、10、11月为较高,采集时间以这些月份为宜。
Objective: To study the dynamic changes of the content of A. solani and the correlation between them, and to determine the best time for the collection of Alternanthera philoxeroides. Methods: The saponins from Alternanthera philoxeroides were extracted by microwave assisted method using ethanol as solvent, and the content of saponin was determined by spectrophotometry at 570 nm for 1 ~ 12 months. Results: The content of A. solani was significantly correlated with the time. CONCLUSION: The content of A. gibelidum is the highest in June, and it is higher in May, July, September, October and November. The collection time should be in these months.
