On this basis, the issue of its legitimacy has become increasingly prominent. This article tries to start from the concept of legitimacy, analyze the status quo and reasons of the legitimacy of rural civil organizations, and on this basis put forward some suggestions and measures to further enhance the legitimacy of rural non-governmental organizations
