目的:分析急诊护理管理运用团队管理模式的效果。方法:以肇庆市第一人民医院2013年4月至2014年4月接诊科室未使用团队管理模式前的护理服务情况为对照组,将2014年5月至2016年5月本院接诊科室使用团队管理模式后的护理服务情况为观察组。对比两组护理服务质量评分、护理差错发生率、患者对护理服务的满意度等指标。结果:观察组的护理服务质量评分为(96.7±3.1)分,护理差错评分为(2.1±0.4)分,患者对护理服务的满意率为98.0%,上述指标与对照组进行对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊护理管理工作中应用团队管理模式有利于提高护理人员自身的工作责任感,有助于提高护理人员的护理操作水平以及理论知识水平,有效提高护理服务工作质量,降低护理差错发生率,提高患者的诊疗安全性及其对护理服务的满意度。
Objective: To analyze the effect of using team management mode in emergency nursing management. Conclusion: The application of team management model in emergency nursing management helps to improve the nursing staff’s sense of responsibility, helps to improve the level of nursing operation and theoretical knowledge, effectively improves the nursing service quality, reduces the incidence of nursing errors and increases Patient’s medical safety and its satisfaction with nursing services.
