当前,无论是国有企业还是民营企业,我国现代企业人力资源激励中还存在制度僵化、工作效能低下、缺乏战略规划等诸多消极因素,严重影响了现代企业人力资源激励的功能作用,对员工开展工作的积极性、主动性、创造性造成了极大的负面影响,严重影响了企业核心竞争力的提升。针对当前我国现代企业人力资源激励中存在的消极因素,本文分析了成因,提出了解决问题的路径措施。
At present, both the state-owned enterprises and private-owned enterprises have many negative factors such as rigid system, low work efficiency and lack of strategic planning in the stimulation of human resources in modern enterprises in our country. They have seriously affected the function of human resource incentives in modern enterprises, The enthusiasm, initiative and creativity caused a great negative impact, seriously affecting the improvement of the core competitiveness of enterprises. In view of the negative factors existing in the incentive mechanism of human resources in modern Chinese enterprises, this paper analyzes the causes and puts forward some measures to solve the problems.
