一辆哈飞路宝车HF7100车(采用DA465-A发动机),累计行驶3万km,出现左后轮磨该侧翼子板,行驶过程中车身摇摆的现象。检查分析经询问得知,该车因上述故障曾在其他修理厂更换过后轴头和制动鼓等,换过部件后行驶了300 km多,上述故障再次出现。将该车用举升器升起,检查两后轮胎和制动鼓,没发现问题。将两后轮胎对调后试车,故障依旧。将左后制动鼓拆下,在该侧轴上添加垫片后试车,故障现象消失了,但几天后上述故障又出现。再次将该车升起,准备将底盘上的固定螺栓全部进行检查、紧固,结果发现左侧固定后平衡杆的车身立柱在焊接处脱焊。
