在现代企业人力资源管理的管理是最复杂的,在人力资源管理中,绩效考核管理是最复杂的。因为绩效评估管理的对象是高、中、初级经理和员工,和机器的最大区别是思想,情感,可以生产性能和波动。由于对象特性和绩效考核管理的特殊性,在2006年的世界经济社会,评价企业管理的绩效考核管理列为最困难的管理问题之一。绩效考核管理,是指各级管理者和员工,为了实现组织目标,参与绩效计划、绩效辅导沟通、绩效评估、绩效结果应用、绩效目标提升的持续循环。
