大家知道水垢、灰垢都是热的不良导体,它们的导热系数都非常之低。水垢的导热系数仅为钢材导热系数的几十分到几百分之一,而灰垢的导热系数却只是钢材的几百分之一,可见灰垢的导热情况比水垢更加低劣和困难。锅炉在运行当中,由于燃料的燃烧,受热面上难免要附着一层灰垢,根据燃料品种及燃烧状况的不同,灰垢的附着厚度、坚硬程度也不一样。锅炉一旦结有灰垢,首先金属的传热效果恶化,燃料的消耗增加;其次锅炉的排烟温度
