激光冲击强化是利用强激光诱导等离子体冲击波的力学效应来改善金属表面机械综合性能的一种新型表面强化技术。阐述了激光冲击强化对材料微观组织结构变化的最新研究动态,重点论述了X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜在微观组织结构变化研究上的应用与发展,在此基础上进一步指出激光冲击强化对材料表面微观组织结构变化和宏观力学性能的多尺度表征是当前研究的新热点。
Laser shock enhancement is a new type of surface strengthening technology that utilizes the mechanical effect of intense laser induced plasma shock waves to improve the mechanical properties of metal surfaces. The latest research trends of laser shock on the microstructure of materials are expounded. The application and development of X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy on the microstructure and structure changes are also discussed. Based on this, The multi-scale characterization of the change of microstructure and the macroscopic mechanical properties of the material surface is a new hot spot in current research.
