以低位放顶煤ZF4000/17.5/28HL型液压支架顶梁为例,对顶梁进行了整体强度分析以及基于疲劳寿命可靠性的结构优化。优化后,其最低疲劳寿命约增大14.3%,最大等效应力增大约1.15%,支架总质量约减小2.44%。其优化效果均较为合理,提高了液压支架顶梁的安全系数,保证了其可靠性,减小了顶梁质量,节约了成本。
Taking the roof caving ZF4000 / 17.5 / 28HL hydraulic support with low caving as an example, the whole strength analysis of roof beam and the structure optimization based on the reliability of fatigue life are carried out. After optimization, the minimum fatigue life increased by about 14.3%, the maximum equivalent stress increased by about 1.15%, and the total mass of the stent decreased by about 2.44%. The optimization effect is more reasonable, which improves the safety coefficient of the top beam of the hydraulic support, ensures its reliability, reduces the quality of the top beam and saves the cost.
