拉丝机压缩比的优化设计属于NP类型问题,传统计算方法复杂度过大且不易找到最优(近优)解。提出了一种基于改进遗传算法解决该问题的方法,采用排序选择法和两点交叉法有效地提高了搜索效率。分析了仿真实验的结果及算法的收敛性,实验结果表明:该算法具有较好的最优解搜索能力,搜索速度快并且收敛性好,能够提升产品性能并节约能耗。
The optimization design of wire drawing machine compression ratio belongs to the NP type problem. The complexity of the traditional calculation method is too large and it is not easy to find the optimal (near optimal) solution. A method of solving this problem based on improved genetic algorithm is proposed. The method of sorting and selecting two points is effective to improve the searching efficiency. The results of the simulation experiments and the convergence of the algorithm are analyzed. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has better optimal solution search ability, faster searching speed and better convergence, which can improve product performance and save energy.
