作为国家决策机构,不能仅以国际标准的统计数据为决策的指南,CPI比去年同期有所下降并不是天下太平的标志,而应该真正地体察民情民意,百姓的生计永远重于统计数字。
As a decision-making body of the state, it is not a guideline for making decisions based on the international standard statistics. The decline in the CPI over the same period of last year is not a sign of world peace. Instead, we should truly understand the conditions of the people and the people and livelihood will always be heavier than the statistics.
