目的探讨多普勒超声检测孕中晚期胎儿二尖瓣口和三尖瓣口血流频谱的临床价值。方法选择2015年3月-2016年9月在海宁市人民医院住院分娩的孕22~27+6周孕妇80例为A组,孕28~36+6周孕妇80例为B组,孕37~41周孕妇80例为C组。多普勒超声检测各组胎儿二尖瓣口血流频谱和三尖瓣口血流频谱。结果各组之间二尖瓣口和三尖瓣口A值、E值、A/E值比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中A组二尖瓣口和三尖瓣口A值、E值低于B组和C组(P<0.05),B组二尖瓣口和三尖瓣口A值、E值均低于C组(P<0.05);A组二尖瓣口和三尖瓣口A/E值高于B组和C组(P<0.05),B组二尖瓣口和三尖瓣口A/E值高于C组(P<0.05)。三组二尖瓣口A值、E值,三尖瓣口A值、E值均呈正相关(r=0.432、0.586、0.476、0.573、0.682、0.571,均P=0.000)。结论二尖瓣口和三尖瓣口血流频谱的检测可以为胎儿先天性心脏病的筛查提供依据。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of Doppler ultrasound in the detection of fetal mitral and tricuspid valve blood flow spectra. Methods A total of 80 pregnant women, who were hospitalized in Haining People’s Hospital from March 2015 to September 2016, were enrolled in group A, and 80 pregnant women, 28 ~ 36 + 6 weeks pregnant, Eighty-one pregnant women of 41 weeks were C group. Results There was significant difference in A value, E value and A / E value of mitral and tricuspid valve between groups (P <0.05), among which, mitral and tricuspid valve mouth The values of A and E in group B were lower than those in group B and group C (P <0.05). The values of A and E in group B were lower than those in group C (P <0.05) The A / E of the mouth and the tricuspid valve were higher than those of the B and C groups (P <0.05). The A / E of the mitral valve and tricuspid valve in the B group were higher than those in the C group (P <0.05). Three groups of mitral valve A value, E value, tricuspid valve A value, E value were positively correlated (r = 0.432,0.586,0.476,0.573,0.682,0.571, both P = 0.000). Conclusion The detection of mitral and tricuspid valve blood flow spectrum can provide a basis for the screening of fetal congenital heart disease.
