采用蔗糖密度梯度离心方法检测核糖体聚态以了解即刻蛋白质合成速率。结果显示慢性激怒应激使大鼠肝脏多聚核糖体解聚,提示蛋白质合成速率下降,加滋补肝肾方药组显示可拮抗该解聚,使多聚核糖体增加,表明可使肝脏即刻蛋白质合成速率增加,而加用疏肝理气方药和人参未见此效应。该应激状态及加用各组中药对下丘脑核糖体聚态无明显影响。本文还对该应激及加用滋补肝肾方药对此二组织核糖体聚态变化机理进行了初步探讨
