钻头刃磨的好坏,直接影响钻孔质量、加工效率和钻头的使用寿命。北京工具厂设计制造了一种钻头简易刃磨夹具(见左图),装在一般砂轮机上便可操作使用,既方便安全,又能提高刃磨质量。 刃磨夹具可用角铁架安装在砂轮托上。操作者可以根据刃磨钻头的大小,调整刃磨夹具的各个部位。
Drill bit grinding is good or bad, a direct impact on the quality of drilling, processing efficiency and the life of the drill. Beijing Tool Factory design and manufacture of a simple bit grinding sharpening fixture (see left), installed on the general grinder can be used on the operation, not only convenient and safe, but also improve the quality of sharpening.
