目前我市的职业教育存在着缺乏顶层设计、职普比例偏低、学校布局不合理、专业设置随意并缺乏科学论证、办学条件差、师资力量薄弱、职业院校间衔接配合差、评价考核体系欠缺、职业教育教学研究滞后等问题。为促进我市职业教育健康有序地发展,经调研论证,我认为应采取以下措施:1、实行市级统筹;2、加强师资队伍建设;3、加大投入,改善职业院校办学条件;4、加强校企合作;5、加大职业院校宣传力度。
