自制叶轮泵与临床用转子泵分别连接在两个相同的血循环模拟系统上,连续三个半小时运转输送相同流量(4升/分)和相同压力(100mmHg)的新鲜猪血。每隔半小时同时从两个系统中抽血化验血浆中游离血红蛋白数。叶轮血泵溶血指标为0.013,转子泵为0.064。
The homemade impeller pump and the clinical rotor pump were connected to two identical blood circulation simulation systems respectively and operated for three and a half hours to deliver fresh pig blood of the same flow rate (4 liters / min) and the same pressure (100 mmHg). Blood samples were taken from both systems simultaneously every half hour to test for free hemoglobin in the plasma. Impeller blood pump hemolytic index 0.013, rotor pump 0.064.
