目的:考察蜜炙前后款冬花中款冬酮含量的变化。方法:利用高效液相色谱法测定生品款冬花、蜜款冬花中所含款冬酮的含量,比较10批款冬花蜜炙前后款冬酮含量的变化。结果:蜜炙后款冬花所含的款冬酮含量明显增加,且增加比例基本在30%以上。
Objective: To investigate the changes of colostrum content in coltsfoot flowers before and after preserves. Methods: The contents of kestonone contained in the coltsfoot and honeysuckle flowers were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The changes of the content of colostrums before and after 10 batches of coltsfoot were also compared. RESULTS: The content of the butterbur ketone in the coltsfoot flowers was significantly increased, and the increase rate was basically above 30%.
