[目的]观察熄风通络化瘀汤联合西药治疗高血压疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊患者按就诊顺序号简单随机分两组。对照组60例依那普利,5mg/次,2次/d;氨氯地平,5mg/次,1次/d;洛伐他汀,20mg/次,1次/d。治疗组60例熄风通络化瘀汤(钩藤、天麻、黄柏、夏枯草、川牛膝、川芎、赤芍、丹皮、决明子、水蛭、菊花、红花、五灵脂各10g),1剂/d,水煎150m L,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、舒张压、收缩压、hs-CRP、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]血压、hs-CRP、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]熄风通络化瘀汤联合西药治疗高血压,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Xifeng Tongluo Huayu Decoction combined with western medicine on hypertension. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 120 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order number of visiting doctor. Control group, 60 cases of enalapril, 5mg / times, 2 times / d; amlodipine, 5mg / times, 1 time / d; lovastatin, 20mg / times, 1 time / d. 60 cases of treatment group Xifeng Tongluo Huayu Decoction (Uncaria, Gastrodia, Treats, Prunella, Achyranthes, Chuanxiong, red peony, paeonol, cassia seed, leeches, chrysanthemum, saffron, 1 dose / d, decoction 150m L, morning and evening oral; Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment 7d for a course of treatment. Clinical symptoms, diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, hs-CRP, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, adverse reactions were observed. Continuous treatment of 4 courses to determine the efficacy. [Results] The improvement of blood pressure, hs-CRP, triglyceride, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Xifeng Tongluo Huayu Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of hypertension has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which deserves promotion.
