本文叙述了将Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe(x=0.205)放在0.1MKOH甲醇溶液、90%乙二醇和10%具有PH值为6—10的缓冲水溶液中,阳极氧化形成氧化物。介绍了阳极氧化薄膜的光学性质:如折射率和带隙;电学性质:如室温和77K下的介电常数,比电阻率;化学性质:在各种溶剂中的反应能力。这些性质表明:自身氧化物的主要成分是TeO_2。
This paper describes the anodic oxidation of Hg_ (1-x) Cd_xTe (x = 0.205) in 0.1M KOH methanol solution, 90% ethylene glycol and 10% buffered aqueous solution with pH 6-10. The optical properties of anodized films such as refractive index and band gap were introduced. Electrical properties: dielectric constant and specific resistivity at room temperature and 77K; chemical nature: ability to react in various solvents. These properties show that: the main component of its own oxide is TeO_2.
