数字化自动控制和数字化测量技术都需要把一个物理量,如温度、压力、流量、电流、电压、功率等线性地变换成可供计数的脉冲列,这就是所谓的模—数转换。本文介绍的几类电压—频率式模—数转换电路,线路结构简单,具有中等的转换精度,几个实例电路都经过试验,有的已在数字面板表中得到采用。文章所介绍的典型电路都有连续采样的特点,因此适用于物理量的长时间平均值的数字化测量,如电压—小时,电流—小时以及电能的测量等等。所介绍的实例电路都列出了主要技术指标,以供参考。
Digital automatic control and digital measurement techniques require a linear transformation of a physical quantity such as temperature, pressure, flow, current, voltage, power, etc. into a pulse train for counting. This is called analog-to-digital conversion. This article describes several types of voltage-frequency analog-digital conversion circuit, the circuit structure is simple, with medium conversion accuracy, a few examples of the circuit have been tested, and some have been used in the digital panel table. The typical circuit described in this article has continuous sampling characteristics and is therefore suitable for digitizing long time averages of physical quantities such as voltage-hour, current-hour, and power measurements. The examples of the circuit are listed are the main technical indicators, for reference.
