采用实验对比法,研究武术套路对小学生心理特征的影响,其实验结果经统计分析证实,早期武术训练能有效地提高反应时和小学生的平衡能力,提高小学生大脑皮层的分化抑制和消退抑制能力。因而小学生学习武术基本套路的健身价值为武术在小学生群体中推广提供了一定的理论依据。
The experimental contrast method was used to study the influence of Wushu routines on the psychological characteristics of primary school students. The experimental results confirmed by statistical analysis that early Wushu training can effectively improve the balance ability of reaction time and primary school students, and improve the differentiation inhibition and retreat inhibition ability of primary school students. Therefore, the fitness value of primary school students learning Wushu basic routines provides a certain theoretical basis for the promotion of Wushu among primary school students.
