应用前人的基因型×环境互作的加性、显性遗传模型(ADE),在盐胁迫条件下,对水稻稻米外观品质性状进行遗传效应分析,结果表明:①水稻稻米的外观品质性状普遍存在基因加性效应和显性效应,以及基因型×环境互作效应.但不同性状的加性效应和显性效应所起的作用有所不同;②不同性状的遗传率大小不同,所受环境的影响也不同.外观品质性状的遗传率都以普通狭义遗传率为主,互作狭义遗传率较小;③谷粒长、谷粒宽、糙米宽、糙米长、糙米厚和糙米率等性状在盐胁迫条件下,有比较稳定的遗传表现.
The genetic effects of rice appearance quality traits under salt stress were analyzed using the previous additive and dominance genetic model (ADE) of genotype × environment interaction.
