[中国石化新闻网]西北油田完井测试管理中心创新三种安全管理模式,对完井作业风险节点进行有效管控,实现连续安全生产1461天。推行“2+1”管理模式,规范现场安全施工。“2+1”即一种施工项目两份设计+规范标准。承包商依据工程设计、施工设计和相应的标准规范进行施工,该管理中心依据“2+1”开展现场管理,构建了依设计书对标施工管理的格局。目前已形成12个作业标准模板,
