试验于1998年在扬州大学农学院内进行,供试棉花为陆地棉(G.hirsutum)中熟品种苏棉8号。芦管与传统营养钵育苗移栽对比试验(盆栽和小区)结果指出,芦管育苗移栽棉的生进程、株高、果枝数、现蕾量和经济产量等均与对照无显著差异;但是,在棉花的生育过程中,芦管育苗移栽棉的主茎、果枝和蕾量的增长具有前(盛蕾至开花前)慢后快的特点,明显地显示出中期稳发后劲足、盛花以后蕾铃脱落少、成铃早而集中等优点。
The experiment was conducted in the College of Agriculture of Yangzhou University in 1998, and the tested cotton was mid-ripe cotton cultivar Su Mian 8 of G. hirsutum.
