介绍了露天矿公路路面乳状液抑尘剂的成分、防尘机理和制备方法，并进行了喷洒试验和成本分析。结果表明，路面喷洒抑尘剂防尘后，在通过载重汽车（３００ｔ），行车密度６０～１２０辆／ｈ的情况下，有效抑尘时间为１昼夜，防尘效果比喷洒纯水要好。使用乳状液抑尘剂效果显著，经济上也合理。
The composition, dust-proof mechanism and preparation method of road surface emulsion dust suppressants for open-pit mines were introduced. And the spraying test and cost analysis were carried out. The results show that the effective dust suppression time is one day and one day after the road dusting agent is dust-protected by the truck (300t) and the driving density is 60 ~ 120 vehicles / h, and the dust-proofing effect is better than spraying pure water. The use of emulsion dust suppressant effect is significant, economically reasonable.
