肺心病呼吸衰竭并发低蛋白血症早已引起人们的重视。1984年Rochester等报道营养不良和低蛋白血症对肺心病可能产生多方面的影响,营养不良直接影响其近期预后。但有关肺心病人血清蛋白电泳改变与病情变化和预后的关系,国内尚未见有报道。
Pulmonary heart disease complicated with hypoalbuminemia has drawn people’s attention. 1984 Rochester et al reported that malnutrition and hypoproteinemia may have a multifaceted impact on pulmonary heart disease, malnutrition directly affects its immediate prognosis. However, pulmonary heart disease patients with serum protein electrophoresis changes and prognosis of the disease, the relationship has not been reported in China.
