市政工程建设项目的成本管理是衡量市政施工企业自身实力的重要因素,也是企业发展壮大的必备前提,做好工程项目的成本管理工作,对提高企业经济效益有着非常重要的影响。本篇文章针对市政工程管理中的成本管理一题展开了较为深入的研究,在阐述市政工程成本管理原则的基础上提出了几点加强市政工程项目成本管理的相关建议,以期能够对我国市政工程管理水平的提高献上笔者的一点绵薄之力。
The cost management of municipal engineering construction project is an important factor to measure municipal construction enterprises’ own strength and also an essential prerequisite for the development and growth of enterprises.
