班主任是学校中全面负责一个班学生的思想、学习、健康和生活等工作的教师,是一个班的组织者、领导者和教育者,也是一个班所有任课教师教学、教育工作的协调者。可见,班主任工作的重要性是不言而喻的。然而,班主任的专业化问题一直以来却不受重视,导致班主任工作效率提升得并不明显。本文探讨了班主任管理的四个层次,相信对班主任的管理工作会有所帮助。
The class teacher is a teacher in a school that is fully responsible for the thinking, study, health and life of a class of students. It is the organizer, leader and educator of a class and is also the coordinator of the teaching and educational work of all class teachers in a class. Visible, the importance of class teacher’s work is self-evident. However, the class teacher’s specialization has been neglected, which has led to the ineffectiveness of improving the efficiency of class teacher. This article explores the four levels of class teacher management, I believe the class teacher’s management will be helpful.
