成熟的雇聘制度微软是赫赫有名的IT行业巨头, 但这并不意味着它只招聘计算机人才。微软全球技术中心2001年在清华招了19个学生,其中计算机及相关专业的有9个,而精仪、化学、生物、核能等非计算机专业的学生有10个,突破了以往“计算机及相关专业的学生占大多数”的模式。
