目的对照研究外来务工妇女与户籍妇女对孕前保健知识的了解程度与服务获得情况。方法回顾性分析该地计划生育技术服务机构2014年5月—2017年2月接待的764名孕前优生健康检查的育龄妇女基本信息资料,面向这764名育龄妇女发放出生缺陷预防知识调查问卷表与孕前优生健康检查服务调查问卷表。结果受调育龄妇女中48.8%为外来务工妇女,51.2%为户籍妇女。如何获取免费服务认知程度这方面孕前保健知识在外来务工妇女与户籍妇女差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在出生缺陷预防知识掌握方面户籍妇女优于外来务工妇女(P<0.05)。结论目标人群出生缺陷一级预防效果提高可从加强流动人口流入地出生缺陷相关知识科普宣传与提供孕前保健服务方面着手。
Objective To compare the level of knowledge about pre-pregnancy health care and the availability of services for migrant women and domicile women. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the basic information of 764 women of childbearing age who received prenatal eutopic health checkups received by the Family Planning Technology Service from May 2014 to February 2017. The 764 women of childbearing age were issued questionnaires on the prevention of birth defects Prenatal health check service questionnaire. Results 48.8% of migrant women of childbearing age were migrant women and 51.2% of them were household women. How to Obtain Free Service Awareness of Pre-pregnancy Health Knowledge There is a statistically significant difference between migrant women and resident women (P <0.05). Registered women were better than migrant women in knowledge of birth defects prevention (P <0.05). Conclusion The primary prevention effect of birth defects in target population can be improved from the point of view of strengthening the publicity of knowledge about birth defects and the provision of pre-pregnancy health care services for the influx of floating population.
