因为周围有很多不安全因素,因此人们被组织“捕获”。许多人生活在谎言当中,他们在做自己并非真正相信的事情,因为他们害怕离开组织而士气低落。这实际上对组织是有害的。领导者必须尽可能减少这种情况的发生。
People have been “caught” by the organization because of the many insecurities surrounding them. Many live in lies, and they are doing what they themselves are not really believing in because they are afraid of morale away from the organization. This is actually harmful to the organization. Leaders must minimize the occurrence of this situation.
