教育是一个循序渐进的过程,使教师这个职业特性并不明显,很多教师对自己没有明确的定位,导致学校管理层在科学规划教师队伍建设时往往出于主观意识,这对教师的专业发展和教师队伍的科学配置是极为不利的。本文提出利用信息化方式建立教师电子成长档案袋,在客观分析的基础上结合学校日常教师研训形式构建新型研训载体,实施科学研训策略,帮助教师准确定位自身特质,谋求定向发展,使学校教师队伍建设朝和谐科学的方向发展。
