1995年1月4日,兰州市消防支队在国营长风机器厂召开“12·31”火灾现场会。省公安厅石允蒲副厅长、省公安厅消防局王铁军局长、省文化厅高稼农副厅长、省电子集团工业公司徐永新副总经理、兰州市政府牛中孚副秘书长和市公安局、市消防支队的领导及兰州市各宾馆、饭店、文化娱乐场所的经理等有关人员共1300余人参加了会议。与会人员观看了1994年12月31日发生在该厂简易歌舞厅的火灾现场。长风厂党委书记李保泉向大会介绍了火灾经过。该厂保卫处处长郭大利在会上作了检讨。石允蒲、高稼农副厅长、牛中孚副秘书长和兰州市消防支队政委王生春分别在会上讲了话。
