1982年我公司以补偿贸易形式从日本引进预制装配式冷库一座。冷库公称容积690O立方米,以堆放冷冻食品的容重400公斤/米~3计算,在容积利用系数η=O.51时,总贮藏能力为1410吨。冷库基础、机房、水池等土建工程由我国设计与施工,日方提供冷库上部建筑、工艺、水电等材料及设备并由我方组织安装。工程于1982年10月开工,1983年元月土建完工,历时100天;3月初开始安装,至运转降温历时65天,现已投产。图1为冷库外景。
In 1982, our company introduced a prefabricated cold storage facility from Japan in the form of compensation trade. The nominal capacity of cold storage is 690O cubic meters. Calculated with a bulk density of 400kg/m~3 stacked frozen foods, the total storage capacity is 1,410 tons when the capacity utilization factor is η=O.51. Civil engineering projects such as cold storage bases, computer rooms, and pools are designed and constructed by China. Japan supplies cold storage upper buildings, technology, and water and electricity materials and equipment and is installed by us. The project was started in October 1982 and completed in civil construction in January 1983. It lasted for 100 days. Installation began in early March and it took 65 days to run to cool down. It is now in production. Figure 1 shows the exterior of the cold storage.
