苏南乡镇小学中外来务工随迁学生比例不断提升,由于他们学前普通话基础薄弱等原因,他们在语言学习中遇到不同于本地学生的困难。因此,教师应具有资源开发意识,将方言资源、生活资源、地域文化资源等运用到实际教学中,实现资源供给的微平衡,促进全体学生在语言学习上的和谐发展。
The proportion of attending migrant workers attending school in Sunan township elementary schools has continuously increased. Due to their weak foundation in pre-school mandarin, they encounter difficulties in language learning that are different from those of local students. Therefore, teachers should have awareness of resource development and apply dialect resources, living resources and regional cultural resources to practical teaching so as to achieve a micro-balance of resource supply and promote the harmonious development of all students in language learning.
