故障现象一辆2.0 L运动版新翼虎车,累计行驶里程为1 832 km。该车在行驶过程中仪表盘一直显示“引擎故障请立即检修”。故障诊断接车后,首先验证故障现象,属实。连接IDS检测,调得的故障代码如图1和图2所示。清除故障代码后试车,故障现象重现。根据故障代码的提示,首先检查了制动开关,不存在卡滞的情况,维修人员换上了同型号车的制动开关,清除故障代码后进行路试,路试过程中故障现象重现。回店后用IDS读取故障代码,与之前的一样。查阅维修手册得知,设置故障代码P0504
