目的利用智能手机和Google Earth的数字化、可视化功能,构建钉螺资料数据库。方法先给智能手机加载多点GPS软件。选择1块江滩查螺,先通过手机端采集调查框的GPS数据,将采集的原始数据以KML/KMZ格式导入计算机,将KML转化为Excel格式,录入实验室检查结果,实现原始螺情资料的数字化。再将Excel格式转化为KML/KMZ格式文件,导入Google Earth进行可视化展示。结果完成1块5 hm2江滩螺情数据采集,获得基于Google Earth的可视化螺情分布图,构建了钉螺资料数据库。通过钉螺资料数据库,可查询每个调查框的钉螺数、活螺数和感染螺数等数据。结论利用智能手机和Google Earth,实现了原始查螺数据的数字化管理。
Objective To build a snail database using the digitization and visualization capabilities of smartphones and Google Earth. Method to smart phones to load more GPS software. Select a river beach snail, first through the mobile phone side to collect the GPS data survey box, the collected raw data to KML / KMZ format into the computer, the KML into Excel format, enter the laboratory test results, to achieve the original snail information Digitization. Then Excel format into KML / KMZ format file, import Google Earth for visual display. Results A data acquisition of 5 hm2 river bank finishes was completed, and a visual spiral distribution map based on Google Earth was obtained to construct a snail data database. The snail data database allows you to query the number of snails, live snails and infected snails in each survey box. Conclusion The use of smartphones and Google Earth enabled the digital management of raw snail data.
