1981年研制成功的GDB-223型光电倍增管是我厂第一种端窗式超小型光电倍增管,也是目前世界上分立式倍增系统的最小管型之一。GDB-223型超小型光电倍增管具有体积小、阳极灵敏度高、上升时间快和信噪比高的特点。在GDB-223型光电倍增管的基础上还将派生宽光谱超小型光电倍增管和紫外超小型光电倍增管,形成φ14毫米的端窗式超小型光电倍增管系列。基本特性和主要参数如下:体积小是GDB-223型光电倍增管的主要特点之一,该管外径仅为φ14毫米,总长83毫米。具有锑钾
The GDB-223 photomultiplier tube successfully developed in 1981 is the first end-window type ultra-small photomultiplier tube in our factory and one of the smallest tube types in the world for discrete multiplier system. GDB-223 ultra-small photomultiplier tube with small size, high anode sensitivity, fast rise time and high signal-to-noise ratio characteristics. Based on the GDB-223 photomultiplier tube, a wide-spectrum ultra-small photomultiplier tube and an ultra-small UV photomultiplier tube will also be derived to form a series of φ 14 mm end-window ultra-small photomultiplier tubes. The basic characteristics and the main parameters are as follows: Small size is one of the main characteristics of GDB-223 type photomultiplier tube, the tube diameter is only φ14 mm, total length of 83 mm.
