随着我国教育事业的飞速发展,高等学校的住房,供需矛盾日趋严重。作为高校的房管部门,如何做好房管工作,在房管中如何发挥我党思想政治工作的优势来解决住房管理与分配、住房改革中出现的问题,值得探讨与研究。现结合我们的工作实际,谈一些粗浅的认识。一、加强支部建设,提高房管人员整体思想政治素质,是做好房管工作的重要保证。高等学校的教职工由于各自的岗位和情况不一样,他们对住房的要求各不相同。有的确因住房困难需要雪中送炭,有的是提了职称、职务需要改善住房条件属锦上添花。房管人员
With the rapid development of education in our country, the contradiction between supply and demand of colleges and universities has become increasingly serious. As a university department of housing management, how to do a good job of housing management, how to give play to the advantages of our party’s ideological and political work in the housing management to solve the housing management and distribution problems in housing reform, it is worth to explore and research. Now with our actual work, talk about some superficial understanding. First, to strengthen branch construction and improve the overall ideological and political qualifications of housekeeping personnel is an important guarantee for doing a good job in housekeeping. Institutions of higher education staff have different demands on housing because of their different positions and circumstances. Some really need housing to get help because of housing difficulties, and some have raised their titles, the need to improve the housing conditions are icing on the cake. Housing staff
